I am realising how much stuff i do is stuff i dont even care about just to pass the time such as browsing through youtube or twitter. A lot of times i just either scroll on youtube but dont click anything or just doomscroll on reels and not even take in what is in the video. A lot of why people disassociate is because their brain is so overstimulated that it decideds to basically ignore 75% of information it recieves, so this should help with that.

Also the reason i haven't been writing as much is because not much has been happening physically and mentally, my parents are not being a pest recently and i've been doing okay mentally so i haven't had much to write about. I promise im not forgetting about this journal :)
